Here's everything you need to know about network marketing, direct selling and managing a successful distributorship.  Whether you are a new comer to the network marketing industry or if you are already established as a sales consultant, there is insight and lessons to be learned for both of you.  We will teach our network marketing sales consultants how to set up and customize your own home page.  We will also give you the how to's to set it up and an example of what a good home page looks like.

Before we start, let's review the descriptions and roles of the people in a direct selling and network marketing company:

Network Marketing Professionals- those are typically full time entrepreneurs that have a strong vision for their business and are motivated and willing to spend invest some resources to grow a large direct selling business.  While the network marketing industry is dominated by women, men are finding their niche in direct selling and network marketing programs.   Network marketers usually have a sales team or a list of industry contacts or have access to channels to quickly recruit a sales team.  Some network marketers have in excess of 100 sales consultants or distributors on their sales team.

New Comers-are exactly what the name implies.  Sales Consultants looking to break into and start their own distributorship and network marketing company.  They will need some additional support and coaching.  Take them through the tools and give them a little effort and it will return great rewards for you.

Sales Consultants-is the typical name for network marketing people in direct selling companies.  Sales consultants can sponsor other sales sales consultants on their team and they earn commissions on every product these customers buy at a second tier commission rate.  For the most part, the names sales consultant, sales rep, distributor and entrepreneur names are used with the same meaning.  They are field sales people that sell to social and network hubs and typically earn a commission on sales.  The role of the distributor is different in they typically buy and sell products as well as earn commissions on sales online.

Sales Reps-same as a sales consultant

Distributors-same as sales consultants only typically they make profit by buying and selling products.  They also earn commissions on online sales.

Entrepreneurs-just another descriptor that for an individual that starts a network marketing company and becomes a sales consultant or distributor.

 

For our new sales consultants and network marketing professionals we will coach you on how to seed and start a network marketing business.   Our network marketing professionals do this everyday but a refresher course is always helpful and you will get some great insight into new markets and channels.  A must read for both sales consultants.

There's lots to know about social hubs and network hubs when it comes to direct selling.  We will overview both the direct selling industry as well as the give you great ideas to grow your business.  We will also show you the info card that comes with your starter kit.  You get 500 of these and they are a great way to connect with friends, family, neighbors, associates and best of all, people you don't know.

Finally, we will go in great depth about recruiting.  Recruiting is paramount for you to grow your business to higher levels.  If you are happy selling products as a sales consultant and do this part time that's fine.  If however, you want to grow your network marketing business into something meaningful, than recruiting is key.  We will educate you on how to recruit, what to say, tips and things you need to know be an effective recruiter and sponsor sales consultants on your team.
